The recording feature enables users to record both the voice and web portions of their meetings, either individual or synchronized. Specifically, MeetingPlace Web will record voice stream and current speaker information, presentations and annotations, whiteboard with annotations, and/or application share.
Users can then access recordings through the attachments section of MeetingNotes and enjoy synchronized playback.
If there is not enough disk space to store the recording, you will not be able to record the meeting. Once the recording has started, all participants will hear a prompt informing them that the meeting is being recorded.
